Dr. Ali started his medical career at the prestigious Osmania Medical Collaege in India, where he recieved his medical degree. He moved to the United States and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Ill. His training in one of the largest public healthy care systems in the country contributed to his expertise in taking care of complex medical problems. After his residency, Dr. Ali practiced for several years a thte Crusader Community Clinic in Rockford, Ill.. He was recognized for his commitment to providing quality health care for all people in need. He also served as the Director of the HIV/AIDS program.

Dr. Ali relocated to Florida with his wife, Dr. Nishat and started his practice at Brooksville Primary Care. Dr. Ali is actively involved in the Hernando Medical community since 2002 and strives to improve access to health care for everyone. He has a solid record of community services and volunteering, including his active involvement at the Crescent Community Clinic, which caters to the medically uninsured in our area. Dr. Ali is a part of Access Health Care physician team. The goal of his practice is to provide state of the art medical care with compassion and communication.

Dr. Nishat completed her medical school at the prestigious Osmania Medical College in India. She moved to the United States and finished residency in Internal Medicine at Cook County hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Training in the third largest public health care systems in the nation helped her personal and professional mission to provide her patients with the finest and most personalized health care possible. Every patient is treated with utmost respect and dignity. This philosophy was extended in her ongoing career as a provider at Crusader Community Clinic in Rockford, Illinois, where she also served as Chair of the Internal Medicine department. Crusader Clinic is one of largest Community based clinics in Northern Illinois which has provided high quality medical care to over 20 million patients, including the medically underserved.

Dr. Nishat moved to Spring Hill, FL in 2002 and started her private practice at Brooksville Primary Care, with her husband Dr. Ali. She has been an active part of the Hernando medical community since then, pursuing her philosophy of providing quality compassionate care. Dr. Nishat is also a part of Access Health Care physician team. Dr. Nishat is board certified in Internal Medicine and takes care of patients with complex medical problems, including hospital and critical care. She enjoys teaching, reading and spending time with her family.
